SUMMARY:
On April 1st, 2024, the Community Redevelopment Agency approved the medium scale improvement grant application for the property at 1517 S. Ridgewood Avenue. The applicant had original supplied a quote for the remodel for $100,000. The applicant ended up paying $1,079,513.02 for the remodel. The applicant has provided the grant closeout form, tax letter from Volusia County Tax Collector, printouts verifying no outstanding permits at the City or County, and invoices. The applicant has met all of the requirements of the medium scale façade grant.
