SUMMARY:
As a condition of the SRF loan for the construction of the Reclaimed Water Extension Phases I, II, and III, the City is required to develop and implement a Fiscal Sustainability Plan prior to the final disbursement is issued from SRF to the City. FDEP requires this Plan to be adopted by Resolution. Staff has used software provided by the USEPA to develop the Reclaimed Water Asset Management Plan to meet the requirements of the Fiscal Sustainability Plan. This Asset Management Plan should be considered a “living document” to be reviewed, updated, edited, and amended by staff on a periodic basis to ensure its continued usefulness to the City.
