SUMMARY:
In 2012 City Council adopted Article XX, Ridgewood Avenue Corridor Design Regulations, of the Land Development Code. Article XX included Section 21-660 regulating signage along the Corridor, permitting ground signs and requiring any non-conforming sign to be brought into compliance within five-years of the issuance of any permit to modify and/or improve the non-conforming sign.
Several property owners along Ridgewood Avenue entered into Signage Conformance and Restrictive Covenant Agreements with the City providing for conformance by a specific date.
The non-conforming sign located at 2810 South Ridgewood Avenue has been brought into compliance per a permit issued on December 16, 2019, therefore allowing the release of the Sign Conformance Agreement.
