The site plan envisions a 5,00 square foot warehouse office building with seven parking spaces and associated landscaping. The applicant is proposing a stormwater retention pond adhering to the City of Edgewater’s Land Development Code requirements for the 24 hour/100 year storm event. The 100 Year storm in pre development shows a discharge of 1.94 cubic feet per second. The Post Development Discharge rate is 1.37 cubic feet per second. The Pre-Development Discharge volume during the 100 year storm is 12,189 cubic feet. In Post Development, the site will discharge during the 100 year storm 3,149 cubic feet.
