SUMMARY:
Public Works staff has identified the 2100 Victory Palm Drive stormwater pipe at cross road to be in need of stormwater pipe lining. This pipe goes from a 30 inch pipe to 48 inch pipe requiring additional lining.
The City has had a positive experience with Shenandoah General Construction, LLC conducting stormwater pipe lining in the past. Shenandoah is offering to extend to the City the same terms and conditions as their competitively bid contract with Broward College, a public institution located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the proposal from Shenandoah General Construction, LLC for the stormwater pipe lining at 2100 Victory Palm Drive cross road, in the total amount of $56,460.00 under the same terms and conditions as their contract agreement with Broward College.
