SUMMARY:
This project design needed to be adjusted to accommodate the acquisition of an additional pond site located on Pearl Street for the construction of an additional stormwater pond and relocation of the proposed pump station originally planned to be constructed at the Canal Road pond site. The scope change in the amount of $79,066.00 in addition to the original purchase order for $669,696.00.
The increase will be covered/reimbursable under the $15 million dollar grant being utilized for this project.
