SUMMARY:
Historically, Public Works has followed Purchasing policy and had a piggyback contract or competitively bid co-operative for pipes and fittings material needed in the operation and maintenance of our utilities.
Upon Staff’s request, Ferguson Waterworks has offered to extend to the City of Edgewater the terms and conditions of the competitively bid contract they have in effect with Volusia County, Florida. 22-B-95MC of Volusia County was placed into effect on September 13, 2023 and is valid through August 1, 2026.
