Review the semi-finalist applications for City Manager and make a recommendation of the finalists to City Council for their consideration.

SUMMARY:
At the Committee’s last meeting 16 semi-finalists were chosen for SGR to provide additional information on for the Committee’s consideration. Since that time five (5) semi-finalists have withdrawn their applications for various reasons; those applicants are: Jeff Cantrell, Paul Stewart, Brian Bulthuis, Mark Sohaney and Daniel Robins.
The remining 11 semi-finalists for the Committees consideration are:
Blaine Oborn
Brian Bender
Chase Waggoner
Dale Walker
Dana Schoening
Jeffrey (Jeff) Shoobridge
Joseph Gaa
Michael Gossert
Patry Oman
Peggy Castano
Scott Moye
The Committee is asked to score each candidate using the Triage Scoring Form to assign a 1, 2, or 3 to each candidate. Those who you definitely would like to see continue in the process should be assigned a 1, those you may want to continue a 2, and those you definitely have no interest in seeing continue in the process a 3.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommend City Council consider and interview the top selected candidates for the position of City Manager.
