SUMMARY:

 

Lily Hammock is a four lane road with a 110 foot right-of-way. It is a collector roadway that will provide access from SR442/Indian River Boulevard into Deering Park Center. It includes 12 foot travel lanes, a landscape medium and a 12 foot multi-use trail/path. The multi-modal trail/path will extend along Indian River Boulevard into Deering Park North and the wetland park.

 

The applicant first submitted the minor site plan application on May 21st, 2024. City staff requested from the applicant six resubmittals. The most recent resubmittal, was provided on March 17th, 2025. The Technical Review Committee has reviewed the application and found that it complies with the MUPUD Agreement, the land development code, and the City of Edgewater’s comprehensive plan.

 

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Motion to approve SP-2404.
