SUMMARY:

As part of the design of the SUN Trail project (trail from Whistle Stop Park to Dale Street), the City has asked for an easement along the Park Avenue side of the property located at 1945 W Park Ave. The property owner, Delegal LTD INC, a Florida corporation has granted a public utility and trail easement of 0.53 +/- acres along their property. The closing cost of $740.40 will be covered by the FDOT grant funds for the SUN TRAIL project.
