BACKGROUND: 

The applicant, Philco Construction for applied for minor site plan approval on August 20^th, 2024. The engineer of record, Richard Dixon has subsequently resubmitted to the City four times since August 20^th, 2024 to address all comments from City Staff and City staff’s consulting professionals. The most recent resubmittal was on March 7^th, 2025. After reviewing the minor site plan, City staff believe the site plan meets the City of Edgewater’s comprehensive plan and land development code and is recommending approval.

Motion to approve SP-2410.
