BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Sean Stefan, first applied for the site plan for the extension of Indian River Boulevard on May 8th, 2024. The Site plan for Indian River Boulevard has undergone four subsequent resubmittals to address all comments and concerns from City Staff and City’ contracted professional services. The most recent resubmittal occurred on February 24th, 2025. City staff have found that the site plan for the Indian River Boulevard extension meets the PUD agreements, the City of Edgewater’s land development code, and City of Edgewater’s comprehensive plan.
