Stormwater Canal Maintenance Easement from Volusia County

SUMMARY:
Volusia County is acquiring 2,600 acres west of Florida Shores and then this property will be turned over the State for ownership and management. Prior to ownership change the department has requested that a maintenance easement be deeded as a 50 foot strip for the Silver Palm canal and the canal running east-west between 29th and 30th Street. This easement will provide the department the necessary area needed for maintenance of the drainage canal.
