SUMMARY:
On April 1st, 2024, the CRA Board approved the medium scale improvement grant application in the amount not to exceed $25,000 for the property at 601 N. Ridgewood Avenue.
The grant is a 50-50 matching grant up to $25,000. $100,000 was budgeted for CRA façade grants in the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget.
The work has been completed and all of the close-out documentation has been provided. A “clean hands” search has been conducted to determine that the recipient does not owe the City or County any outstanding fees or fines and there are no open permits at this time.
The total cost of the project was $75,656.5.
