Affiliation Agreement between the City of Edgewater Fire-Rescue and Daytona State College

SUMMARY:
The Agreement allows the City to accept students from the College for supervised learning experiences in Emergency Medical Services and provides those students with an opportunity to gain hands on experience in their chosen field of study.
The City and College have enjoyed this partnership since 2014, with each Agreement being for a three-year period (expiring in January 2028)

Motion to approve the Affiliation Agreement between the City of Edgewater Fire Rescue and Daytona State College (expiring in January 2028); and authorization for the Fire Chief to execute the Agreement.
