RECOMMENDED ACTION:

While the volleyball facilities at Whistle Stop Park do not have a designated rental rate in Edgewater’s Fee Resolution and are typically available for public use on a first come, first served basis only, due to our close relationship with cities of Southeast Volusia County, the Recreation & Cultural Services Board recommends to City Council that use of Whistle Stop Park’s volleyball court be made available to the team from Burns Sci Tech for their requested timeframe, at no cost.
