DISCUSSION
Albert Amalfitano’s Planning and Zoning Board seat has expired. As required per the land development code, the Planning and Zoning Board must make a recommendation to City Council for the reappointment of any expiring Board member. The City Council will then decided to reappoint said member based upon the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board, staff testimony, and public input.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Motion to send a favorable recommendation to City Council for the reappointment of Albert Amalfitano to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board.
