SUMMARY:

 

Kimley Horn presented an updated to the CRA/CEDS on August 26th, 2024, at the Leadership Joint Workshop to City Council, the Planning and Zoning Board, and the Economic Development Board. Since that time, Kimley Horn has been working to finalize the Citywide Vision Book, the CRA Plan Addendum, and the updates to the CEDS plan. City staff would like to discuss the updates to the CEDS plan that have been made thus far to ensure that the work being done by City Staff and Kimley Horn is still in line with the community feedback.
