SUMMARY:
On January 10, 2022, the CRA Board approved the medium scale grant program for façade grants 50-50 match up to $25,000.
On April 12, 2023 CRA Board approved the medium scale improvement grant application for the Sparks & Stimson, LLC located at 919 S. Ridgewood Avenue for façade improvements, new door, painting, landscaping and a new sign.
The grant is a 50-50 matching grant up to $25,000. There is $200,000 budgeted for CRA façade grants in the current 2023 - 2024 Fiscal Year Budget.
The work has been completed and all of the close out documentation has been provided. A “clean hands” search has been conducted to determine that the recipient does not owe the City or County any outstanding fees or fines and there are no open permits at this time.
Total Cost of Work Completed: $52,443.64
