SUMMARY:
On January 10, 2022, the CRA Board approved the medium scale grant program for façade grants 50-50 match up to $25,000.
On March 4, 2024 the CRA Board approved the medium scale improvement grant application for the Lilly Rose Cafe at 613 N. Ridgewood Avenue for a new monument sign and façade improvements, and landscaping.
The grant is a 50-50 matching grant up to $25,000. There is $200,000 budgeted for CRA façade grants in the current 2023 - 2024 Fiscal Year Budget.
The work has been completed and all of the close-out documentation has been provided. A “clean hands” search has been conducted to determine that the recipient does not owe the City or County any outstanding fees or fines and there are no open permits at this time.
