SUMMARY:
On October 2, 2023, CRA Board approved the medium scale grant program for façade improvements up to $25,000 for properties located in the CRA District / Area. Total amount budgeted for Medium Scale Façade Grants for FY 2023 - 2024 is $100,000.
The grant application is complete as per the CRA Grant Guidelines. Mr. Kuhnley will be making improvements to the parcel to create a daily food truck site. He is adding onsite stormwater retention, replacing the driveway, and adding landscaping. Estimated costs are $65,000. This grant program is a 50-50 matching program up to $25,000 maximum reimbursement.
