SUMMARY:
On October 2, 2023, CRA Board approved the medium scale 50-50 matching grant program for façade improvements up to $25,000 for properties located in the CRA District / Area. Total amount budgeted for Façade Grants for FY 2023 - 2024 is $100,000.
All required documentation has been submitted with the grant application as well as proof of ownership.
