SUMMARY:
On March 6, 2023, the City Council awarded the competitive solicitation ITB 23-ES-07 “Chemical for Water Treatment Facilities- Liquid Carbon Dioxide” to Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc., for an initial period of one (1) year. The original agreement period will end on April 14, 2024. The contract allows for an additional four (4) renewals each one-year in duration.
As per the terms of the agreements, please find the attached renewal agreement. The first renewal agreement for ITB 23-ES-07 will extend the contract duration to April 14, 2025 with no adjustment in contract price. Both parties acknowledge and agree to all other terms, provisions, and conditions of the original agreement.
