SUMMARY:
Upon staff’s request, Ferguson Waterworks has offered to extend to the City of Edgewater the terms and conditions of the competitively bid contract they have in effect with Seminole County, Florida for the purchase of pipes, fittings, and other appurtenances used in the City’s water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Contract IFB-603727-20/LNF of Seminole County was enacted on March 3, 2020, and is valid through 3/5/2027, though subject to annual renewals during that time. The supplier, Ferguson Waterworks provided prices and a period of discount from 2020 through 2027. While the current term of contract extends until July 15, 2024, it is anticipated that Seminole County will continue to renew the contract on the basis of no change in pricing, terms, or conditions with each renewal.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
A motion to approve the purchase of water, wastewater, and stormwater supplies from Ferguson Waterworks under the terms and conditions of the agreement with Seminole County, Florida, as renewed and extended by the issuing agency, from time to time, with no change in pricing or other terms and conditions.
