Professional Services Agreements for Environmental Consulting Services - Addendum #1

SUMMARY:
During their regular meeting held July 27, 2020, City Council approved Agreements with four consulting firms for Professional Services for Environmental Consulting Services as per RFQ-20-DS-009. The consulting firms included:
• Biological Consulting Services, Inc.
• CPH Consulting LLC
• Young Bear Environmental Consulting
• Zev Cohen & Associates Inc.
Addendum #1 for extension was approved by City Council at their July 3, 2023 meeting.
As per the terms of the agreements, please find the attached renewal agreements. These will extend the agreements for one year, which will expire July 27, 2025.
