SUMMARY:
On October 2, 2023, CRA Board approved the medium scale grant program for façade improvements up to $25,000 for properties located in the CRA District / Area. Total amount budgeted for Medium Scale Façade Grants for FY 2023 - 2024 is $100,000.
The grant application is complete as per the CRA Grant Guidelines. Ms. Moore will be making improvements to the exterior of the building and replace the sign. She is estimating the costs to be $17,806.00. This grant program is a 50-50 matching program. Once completed Ms. Moore has estimated the requested reimbursement will be $8,903.00
