SUMMARY:
City Council discussed at the October 5, 2015 council meeting the feasibility to changing 3 single vehicular parking spaces on the east side of Kennedy Park to handicap vehicular parking spaces. Staff has provided 5 options with costs associated to changes. At this time staff has yet to be determined if our St. Johns Water District Permit would require additional modification to the stormwater system in the park. Additional costs may occur depending on the option that is selected.
