SUMMARY:
January 2010, the City and FIND entered into a Lease Agreement for the dredged material site (V-26) in ParkTowne Industrial Park. The Lease Agreement was for an initial two (2) year period with renewal options.
Addendum #1 was entered into in 2012 and was valid until 2014; Addendum #2 was entered into in 2014 and is valid until 2016. Addendum #3 will extend the Lease Agreement for an additional two (2) year period from January 2016 until January 2018.
